In early 2021 I came down with COVID and was thus isolated to the side of the house containing my home studio. I sat and wrote the basic outlines of 3 songs during that 2 weeks (Into The Void, GN - z11 and Rim Racers). Based on the style of these songs, I also decided that my next album would focus on space/sci-fi themes. My previous albums had been a mix of themes and I thought I could focus a listener's ear better on a certain theme.
This doesn't mean I stayed within one style or genre. This set of tracks includes Rock (Rim Racers, Beyond What We See), Soundtrack (Into The Void, Entering The Craft, Adrift), Electronic (GN-z11, Three Revolutions At Nob's), Dark Ambient (Galactic Melodies) and Ambient (The Marvels). Oh, and a waltz. Every song has a music video on YouTube that somewhat reflects my vision for each song.
I hope you enjoy it and look for my next album to be focused more on World Fusion themed music. Thank you for listening!
